“SCALDA” PREHEATER

The SCALDA preheater is suitable for inert gases and O2 / N2O, it consists of electrical equipments (electrical resistance and electric thermostat) connected together in a typical configuration and individually accompanied by CE marking. Conseguently regarding the compliance of the preheater at Dir. 73/23/CEE and 89/336/CE is guaranteed by the CE mark affixed by the manufacturers of individual components. Electrical resistence and thermostat corresponds to the following standards: CEI EN 60204-1.

Benefits
The preheater guarantees a constant temperature during decompression of gas, keeping the equipment always in perfect efficiency to avoid the formation of ice that could damage the decompression device, avoiding production downtime.

Applications
Out of the cylinder or out of the decompression ramp on exchange panel for heating of CO2 / N2O and inert gas

Maintenance
You must test the functioning and maintenance of these devices at least once a year
